Client agrees that, in the event Becoming A Bestseller is determined to be liable for any such loss, Client’s sole remedy against Becoming A Bestseller is limited to a refund of payments made by Client for services, less expenses paid to subcontractors or to third parties. Becoming A Bestseller is not responsible for errors which result from faulty or incomplete information supplied to Becoming A Bestseller by Client. Client also agrees to not seek damages in excess of the contractually agreed upon limitations directly or indirectly through suits by or against other parties. Becoming A Bestseller shall not be liable to Client for any costs, damages or delays due to causes beyond its control, expressly including without limitation, unknown site characteristics; changes in policies, changes in terms of services.

7. Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Becoming A Bestseller from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms. 

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

9. Variation of Terms

Becoming A Bestseller is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this  Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

10. Assignment

The Becoming A Bestseller is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

11. Refund Policy

A refund is not possible while the publishing and/or marketing processes are being worked on. These processes begin directly after the Client’s payment. 

Refunds are only possible if stated in a signed agreement between Becoming A Bestseller and the customer.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Becoming A Bestseller and you in relation to your use of this Website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for the resolution of any disputes.
